Do any of these sound familiar?

  • As an aviation engineering professional I've dedicated years to honing my skills and knowledge in this field. Yet, I've often found that career advancement opportunities are restricted, with only a handful of management positions available for progression.

  • I find myself driven by a passion for the field of aircraft engineering rather than financial gain. Unfortunately, the truth is that monetary opportunities are scarce within maintenance and engineering, making it challenging to achieve financial security through traditional means.

  • Working in aviation, I've seen how big events like 9/11, the financial crisis, and then COVID-19 really messed things up. It's like every time something major happens, there's this uncertainty about whether my job will still be there. It just shows how fragile the industry can be and puts a burden on my family.

  • I have seen aircraft leave or join my airline's fleet over the years and suddenly a random manager turns pushing us that we need to finish up our maintenance so the aircraft can be returned on time, its chaos!. I know there is a better way to do this...
